Provogue India — Provogue hdfc offer watches- Ordered 2 watches but received one watch

I have ordered two watches (please check below). But i have received only one watch(Smart Gents VJP Dial Watch) that watch also not too good(received after 30 days of ordering). .When i checked the status, they have changed the status of both watches to shipped. I tried to call u but its all waste. Please send me the Smart Gents Round Roman Dial Watch. I didnt get a call also. I got a message for only one watch saying its delivered.I am waiting for other watch.
