DEAR TEAM PROVOGUE,

THIS MAIL IS REGARDING THE ORDER REFERENCE NO '[protected]' on 30th of Nov 2016.

I've placed an order for PROVOGUE bag using the code ICICINT16 on 30th Nov 2016, but still now I haven't received the package. I've checked with ICICI customer care they told the order was sucessfull.

So request you to let me know the status on delivery, else refund the money.

This is really sad to hear. I was just about to redeem my code as well for this. Unsure now. I recently had a very bad experience with forex noted given by ICICI - the notes are not accepted where i am travelling. The branch folks are unaware of the rules in Singapore & Malaysia as far as currency goes. Really sad.
