[Resolved] Provogue India — Provogue Order #[protected] On 02/04/15 - shows cancelled but refund not received

Dear Team,
I have ordered watch from provogue.com, promotional offer from ICICI bank. Order #[protected] On 02/04/15 & when I tracked the order the status shows as cancelled but my ICICI credit card account has been charged with Rs.299/- .ICICI bank Authorisation code is 751540 as given from ICICI call centre for this order. If the order cannot be processed then why do you promote & give false promotional offers
Kindly deliver the order or refund my amount to my card account.

order is delivered in May 15 after raising a complaint at your site. ICICI bank customer care executive had called up & the order was delivered
