Provogue India — Provogue watch order showing complete but order not received

Order #[protected] has been placed by me on 8th sept and today when I was checking the sttaus it is showing as completed.But I have received the item.How can it show the status as completed?The tracking details is also not updated fullly.I have already paid for that item and how can it be possible you guys are updating status as completed without deliveriing the item.Need attention and clarification please.
