Provogue India — Request to cancel the order which is placed under the offer of kotak mahindra bank

Dear sir, I am shivam gupta. I placed a single order multiple times on provogue india website during purchasing a watch due to some technical issues after I realised I tried to contact customer care of provogue but nobody is their to answer my calls or emails. I tried multiple times but no response from their side. so please help me to cancel the order and refunding my money.the information related to that order are as follows: order number:[protected] placed on 24-Apr-2015 Reference No. : [protected] I am attaching the screen shot of that order also.
