Provogue India — The trolley combo issue with lock

Address:105/106, Provogue House, 1st Floor, Off New Link Rd, Andheri (W), Mumbai-400 053

Set of 3 trolley combo that I ordered from Flipkart is having issue with lock. The lock was set to a number, jumbled, then tried to open with the same correct number, it didn't work, my belongings were inside the trolley. Flipkart support has provided phone numbers and email address, none of them are reachable.
