Provogue — Item not delivered, but showing order status as complete

I have ordered an item from www.provogue.com by paying money using my debit card. It is showing order status as completed now but it is not delivered to me. I called given number[protected] many times. I send emails to [protected]@provogue.com. But no response. Product not received and I lost my money.
