[Resolved]  Provogue — Not delivering my watch till now

HI,

I purchased a watch from Provogue on 11/11/2014 and here is the order number :[protected]. Provogue shipped my item through Gojavas and he is the tracking number: MUMPVGP278626. Gojavas delivery guy tried to deliver the product to me. However, there was a miss match with the address which was printed on product cover and the delivery guy's product list. So, he didn't handover the product to me. After that, I don't see any update from anyone.

I contacted gojavas team on this and they said that they already returned the product to Provogue.

I sent a mail to Provogue to know the status of my product. But those guys are not responding to mails. I tried two times and there is not response till now.

Can you please ask them to deliver my watch?

I haven't received any update from Provogue team. I assume that they are not taking any action on complaint. Please buzz them.
