I have ordered Provogue watch through online payment on 15th November 2014. By mistake I ordered two and I want to cancel my second order. I called Customer Care many times. Its hard to get them on call. Have already marked a mail to them on the same day.But I can still see my order status as processing. I have dropped mail on 16th Nov also and reminders everyday as well. There is no reply to my query at all.Want to get the order to be cancelled.

Can you please update me on my another order ?
Order : #[protected]. It should have been delivered by this time.
I have ordered on 15 Oct and its 11 Nov today.
I can still see both order status as "Processing".
