[Resolved]  Provogue — Order is not cancelled

I have ordered Provogue watch through online payment on 15th Oct. By mistake I ordered two and I want to cancel my second order. I called Customer Care many times. Its hard to get them on call. Have already talked to Customer Care Person 4-5 times to cancel my one of the two orders. Each time person said, he has cancelled the order and it would take 5-10 min to reflect on their website but I can still see my order status as "Processing". They have neither cancelled my orders nor delivered it. I have dropped mail on 16th Oct itself and reminders everyday as well. There is no reply to my query at all.

The order is cancelled and I have received the cash back. Order status is still in progress on Provogue website. Thank you.

Dear Customer, Your order has been cancelled as customer representative says. The product will not be delivered to you. The amount is refunded back to your account. The reflection of the same in your bank statement would take 4-5 days after cancellation. Regards, Provogue Care

Can you please update me on my another order ?
Order : #[protected]. It should have been delivered by this time.
I have ordered on 15 Oct and its 11 Nov today.

I can still see both order status as "Processing".

I have dropped mail on 16th Nov also and reminders everyday as well. There is no reply to my query at all.Want to get the order to be cancelled.
