Provogue — order not delivered and no response from customer care

I have ordered dresses from provogue website for INR1050.00 in the month of September., i am unable to track my item. They are not answering the calls. Very improper response from the brand They are neither delivering nor returning the money order id:[protected]

Updated by mangai_a23 THEY HAVE UPDATED IN THEOR WEBSITE AS ORDER CANCELLED, BUT ITS BEEN MORE THAN 10 DAYS, I HAVE NOT GOT MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND AORT IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
