Provogue — Order not received yet

Sir/Mam,

I have ordered 2 pairs of formal shoes from provogue (Item no. PV8019 and PV8020 via order no.[protected] dated 20th of November 2014, which I have not received till date nor any intimation. I have already paid the amount from my credit card.
Further your customer care number is not working since the day i ordered, nor i received any reply of 2-3 of my mails which i have sent at "[protected]@provogue.com".
I have never experienced such a worst customer care service yet, Even a local vendor can provide better service then you. If in this way you treat your customers, then may be in future no one will buy from you and your company product.
I again request you to deliver the product which i have ordered asap or else refund my money with the compensation of your negligence towards the customer.
Your further delay would not be entertained and leads to the Legal Matter.
