Provogue — Provogue - ICICI offer watch not received.

Hi, I order provogue watch on 24 SEP 2014 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id[protected]. Its been 12 days and i didn't get any update from provogue team. When i check the order status in provogue website, its showing Cancelled. I sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com but its of no use. I didn't get any reply from them.
