Provogue — Provogue watch return amount didn't receive

Hello, I have purchased a Provogue ladies watch through ICICI internet banking offer Rs 399 but product not good so i return that watch to Provogue till now i didn't recive my amount. before i return watch talked with Provogue customer care said with 4 to 5 working days amount reflect in your a/c but its 15days above when i try to call Provogue customer care number no one can pickup the call & i send so many mails to CC but no reply mails. i think they cheating with the customer.
