Provogue — Unbelievable delay in delivery and no status update | |||
Hi Team I had ordered a watch on Provogue on 17/6/2015 and got a mail on 19/6/2015 that my order is on its way but then after I got no update of the status of my product and its whereabouts. I have contacted the shipment courier partner Javas via mail and their reply is as below: Dear Sabyasachi, Thank you for sharing your concern with us. We are very sorry to say that we are unable to process your shipment because the address given is beyond our servicable limits. We have shared this information with provogue and returned the shipment too. I would request you to kindly get in touch with provogue to know more about its next dispatch process. Should you need any furher information on this, please feel free to write us. I have tried to reach the Provogue team through phone and mail but all my attempts went to vain and felt somewhat compelled to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum. The details of my payments made for the product and the status being displyed in Javas track order section are attached below. Kindly do the needful at your earliest.
