[Resolved] Provogue — Watch Order

I had ordered a watch.Its been 7 days of my order and when I track my order the status shows pending. I have been trying to reach customer care number but either the line is busy or no one picks up the call.Sometimes the call gets disconnected on its own. Highly dissatisfied with the service of provogue and its customer care.
