[Resolved]  Prox Company — agreement not terminate and ask money for fake job

Sir,
my name is manish and i am from kota rajasthan. i applied my resume in clickindia site then date 28/01/2019 I received a call from a girl named pratha shah (mob-[protected])
And he said me that i can earn 22500 in 9 days by working from home.
Then i registered with them by providing adhaar card details photo and signature.. After that i received a agreement on my mail id and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i dont work or leave the job in between or if i dont complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 4700 to the company. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work. But after one days i searched on google about the company and found many complaints about that company. They generate fake qc report and then threaten the employee for the money and i search company is totally fake and scam with people.
after one day i call company helpline or executive pratha shah and i say please terminate my agreement but she say if you pay 4700 we cancle your agreement and she threaten me after 9 days you will pay 4700 otherwise company take a legel action. please sir help me i humble reqst you.
