It was the time of 2019 when i applied for job online and i got prox company's address through net surfing.. They took adhaar card photocopy at the time of so called fake registering process by sending a fake online agreement that i came to know later.
Really i didnot get any call or sms or emails through this company at begining of tenure of online work. As the deadline approaches they suddenly contacted me and said this is your login id and password. And that was the real twist of the conspiracy. That they contacted me at the time when it was impossible to complete the given work.
And when the deadline ends they started to call me email me through advocates harrasing to give penelty charges of not completeing the work. It was just really a hell of mess that i had imagined ever. They also told that they initiated ipc420 case on me. And threatened me for legal actions. So it was for two months continuously they harrased me.. By emails phone calls sms.. I will be sharing this all with you all at the end.
But after january 2019 an advocate called neha modi rang me yesterday on
17/09/2020 about this matter again and started the same harassment. It is just rediculous now..

I will be requesting to please help me in this matter.

I have approached by them for online job and had an agreement signed without proper reading, which is my big big mistake.

From almost 6 months they are harrassing me with mails and calls.

I dont know what to do. Just say me option to get rid. I didnt shared with anyone about this. Iam in confusion now what to do.

This is mohit sharma on 9th january 2019 week i got a call from prox company's executive mahi khan[protected] that we offer data entry part time work. First they told me to sign a contract with prox in which the company address is 935, monarch hub, latur, maharashtra and told me to send aadhar card. Then they gave me 900 forms and told me to complete within 9 days and salary was 22500. And they deduct their registration charges i. E.4700rs from this amount at any case i. E. Either i completed the work or not or their accuracy isn't matched.
I have submitted my work and then they generate a fake qc which state that qc isn't match on 20th jan.

On the 21st january 2019 from their legal department someone called jayesh jadhav ([protected]) sent me a mail in which he mentioned that the accuracy of my work isn't matched with their standard and the next day he called me that i have to pay 12550rs as the penalty but i told him that without any call how you said to me to pay and the penalty amount is 4700rs then why are you asking 12550rs as penalty so he told me that if i don't pay this amount with in one hour he will send legal notice at my home and i became afraid and transfer 11550rs to thebank account :- prospexiv

And i belong to a middle class family and this much amount and such type of threatening gives me mentle torture to me and my family.
I don't want to stuck in this so i request you please make cancel my agreement and make them stop making such type of calls and msg because i can't tolerate this anymore. I am so much depressed that i have to attempt suicide if this continues.

Prox company is demanding money again and again. I already paid 4700 as per the agreement. Now they are asking again to pay 10000. If not they are saying they would put the case in court of maharashtra. I think it's not appropriate.
Please do resolve my problem. They are continuesly calling and harassing me to pay the amount. Here are the proves of me sending money to the companies account and the texts the company had sent me. Please do consider my request and get me out of it. 92782 is my user id.

I. E. Prospexiv. I got the work from the company and when i was doing the work and i got a message from my friend who was also doing the work for the same company that the agreement which we made with the company was not appropriate. The agreement has same stamp along with the date.

Sir i did this online form filling job from

Problem is that i had signed an agreement and a digitilized signature and i submitted my adhar card photo and a video statement that i am agree to do work with this comapany. She offered part time form filling job and asked me to send id proof and vedio that contains "i hv agreed terms and conditions and send me workload". I'm jyoti from jaipur. I got a call from [protected] called mahi khan on 29/01/2019 for home based form filling work without any registration fee and made an agreement like if i failed to submit or give 90% accuracy i have to pay penalty fee rs. 4700/-,
After that i submitted my work on 7/2/19 and they send me an email on 8/2/19 and a call received by me from [protected] named mihir patel that i failed in quality check and they file a case against me.
After that i received a mail again on 16/2/19 from chetan sharma for legal proceedings.in which they asked me to pay the amount of rs. 4700 for company's loss and rs. 3000 for legal proceedings.
They tell me to settlement outside of the court while i pay the amount. If i not pay the amount then they will send me the legal notice on my address and will bring me in the court and i have to pay big amount as a compensation to the company.
They are literally harassing me and demanding money as i am a girl they are terrify me like aap darr kyu rahi ho aap daro mat amount pay kardo otherwise court ka notice apke address pe send kar rahe hai.
Please help me sir, in my knowledge i gave 99% accuracy. Even i bought a new laptop on emi for that work how will i pay the emi if the company will do like that. Please sir solve my problem.

I took data entry online work from prox company with a promise of 22500inr for filling 900forms in 9days. I finished it in 7days and submitted it. But now they are asking me for 4k inr and sent a legal notice for thst. I lodged a complaint with cyber police and consulted a lawyer. Now they called me and asked if i have any isdue with them. I told them what i did. Thete is no answer yet. It is a scam company.

I took the work from prox company 10 days back, and i submit the work on time and they sent me a mail informing my qc report was failed. By thinking as the company was guinine, i paid 4700/- on failure as per agreement as they provided through agreement software. The person called niraj pandey (Nirajlegal. [protected]@gmail.com) mailed me by asked to pay 12990/- legal charges after paying that, now he asking me to "pay 13640/- otherwise the company will file the case on me. He asking me to come to the maharastra court along with my advocate. He blackmailing me that,"we have your identity proof, police man will caught you". Please help me to get the noc letter and to refund the unauthorised charges that company charged on me.

They didn’t gave me any time to search about this company after ragister in this company i searched about this company so i got to know that this company is fraud company they didn’t give any amount i saw no. Of complaints about the same conpany

I am saurabh kumar jha victim of fraud which done by prox company executive name is karan and they made with me fake agreement they ask me to give your adhar card and photo and they said me pdf app agreement. He said me fill your personal detail and attach your photo and sign digitally. He said me to make video that i want to take work load. He gave me 900 form for filing online within 9 days. He said me that you have to complete this work with 90% accuracy. When you submit your 810 form should be correct. If you would fail to submit your work you have to pay 4, 700/- rupees. They give me user id for work but site ffwork.in is not working properly and have some problem. I wasn't able to complete work they afraid me and threatened me and after some time i recieved a phone call from this number [protected] he said me i can take legal action against you. He send me message. When i ask for show your legal certificate and tell me name your company name. They denied to share me of company detail. (Your case can be booked under section 420 and section 406. You need to clear the dues of the company and settle this dispute. Not settling this dispute will land up you in mess and we have to proceed this case further for an arbitrary proceedings. Dear sir/mam,

My name is siddharth. I received a mail from prox company, regarding data entry work. They made me signed an agreement that i have to complete 900 forms in 9 days for which they will be paying me 22500. I'm a professional typist and i'm sure that i've done everything correctly before time. But they generate a fake report in which i didn't mantain 90% accuracy and according to agreement i've to pay them registration fees. Now they are threatening me by sending legal notices through mail that i've to pay them registration fees. I'm absolutely certain that my accuracy is way above 90%.
