I purchased 1949 inr worth of 1500+310 pubg uc from https://www.midasbuy.com/in/pubgm/#getInfo using paytm. It said that the transaction failed and i didnt receive my orders but money from my paytm account was deducted. Their website does not have customer case so i cannot get in touch with them. I purchased a pack of 600 uc worth or 799 rs, the payment was successful but i didn't get any uc in my pubg account.so please help me as soon as possible.

Sir I am buying Elite royal pass 12.money deducted from paytm RS 1949 but I am not getting uc payment failed. So what to do right now. I am unable to contact with them. I am paying through paytm wallet money deducted but after that it showing failed so i am not getting my money
