PRTC — Abuse by conductor

Respected Team,
Today i had to go to patiala from mohali was waiting on godrej lights from 9.30 bus came at godrej lights at 9:57.
At that time I was on call, they took another passenger in the bus and started the bus on my time.I could have fallen, after that the driver and conductor spoke abusing language.He said that we do not take girls like you in the bus, use the phone, he misbehaved with me in the bus.
This rule is not in any bus and it is not his father's, he did not stop the bus just because I was on call.

Please take any action as soon as possible. This is my request please.
