This is really shocking to describe the incident on[protected]Sunday) we started from Ludhiana to Chandigarh By the Bus no PB 65AD 4579 at 6.40 PM which after appox hour drive stooped at Hapal dhaba which is located some where in between Khomano and unch Pind. The dhaba owner was just a monster was shamelessly charging passenger more than the MRP mentioned on the products and when confronted by me and other passengers he started misbehaving and boasting the he will continue doing this no one can do any harm to him he is doing it for long.
To my opinion the CONDUCTOR and DRIVER of the bus are main culprits who choose such place to hangover, they may be bribed for such stoppages
There were some students returning home after playing a cricket tournament at Ludhiana they restricted themselves from purchase any thing due to charging a high prices of goods . The dhaba was totally unhygienic, there was no proper lighting no washroom specially for ladies and men were urinating close to the selling counter and behavior of dhaba owner was unsafe for the ladies passengers
The immediate action in this regard will save the poor passenger from some untoward incident

Driver has taken the bus before I'm getting into the bus...I in just a miss to fell down. While questioning this to the conductor he shouted to me and replied badly, responds with unkind words...

Deat Sir. There is no bus service from Rajindra Hospital Patiala to Pasiana from 8:50 Am to 9:40 AM. Whereas in same slot 8 to 10 buses for sangrur byepass. Daily we inly 8-10 passenger went in this time slot for sangur byepass whereas for pasiana atlest 50 person waiting for pasiana. You are requested to arrange 2buses route between 9:00 to 30 if possible

Daily we are getting bus service issue from Rajindera hospital patiala to Pasiana. Daily we have to wait from 8.50 Am to 09.40 Am for bus. Whereas un same time slot 8-10 buses for sangrur byepass. You are requested to look at this matter so that general public can reach their office or hospital on time.

Like to inform your only 5 to 10 passenger for sangrur in above mension 8-10 buses. If 2-3 buses setvice provided from 8:50AM to 9:30 AM this will be great help.

I was traveling from Patiala to Jalandhar from Bus number PBO2EG4735.As we confirmed from conductor this bus will drop us at Jalandhar bus stand.i was with my mother that is diabetic and having urine issues and with a small child . Conductor and driver has forcibly convinced us to leave the bus at bye pass and misbehaved with us.Plz take an action against them.

The conductor Misbehaved and abused me and my family and didn't allow us to sit in bus and started shouting. The issue is when i asked him about the route. He started abusing and he appeared to be intoxicated also. This type of behaviour is common in buses. But being a girl it is unsafe to travel around such inhumane circumstances.

Using foul words

The drivers and comducters are not follow his duty in a Correct way ...they think people are fool . They don't drope the correct station of passengers. I request to you please solve this problem

R/sir I want to lodge complaint of bus conductor of PB11CM2834 Baijnath to Patiala on dated 30 june 2023.Sir my wife n children boarded at palampur bus stand to patiala.but conductor refused to accept aadhar card in digi locker app and said that this is not valid. I just want to clarify from ur side this app is not recognised by prtc department or by Punjab Govt.

The bus driver and conductor both using mobile during driving. The mobile will cause accident. And because they are using the mobile the bus will be delayed to reach Haridwar destination. They not used the mobile for 5-10 min but they started using mobile from Ambala where from I took bus. Please take action on it it's a serious matter and your intervention is required in this matter.

The Patiala- Amloh bus via Tohra, Tarkheri Kalan village always used to stop at the bus stop near Thapar university, Patiala but today dated- 6 June, 2023 at 5:15 pm, the bus driver didn't stop the bus and all the doors were closed by the conductor, this never happened before as we are regular passengers of this same route bus. Such a behavior without any reason causes great turbulence to the public. We hope PRTC provides justification for this or specifically create a list with required information in case bus stops are changed without taking public's opinion into consideration.

This is regarding bus routing to patiala, on byepass at 9:35, will arrive at almost 9:45, so harsh driving, the children sitting on back side just git jumped out of the seats and hands of parents, on the whole route on byepass every person got scared with the speed driving but driver fidnt even looked at, we are in the bus but doesnt seem to reach safely

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint about the behavior of a bus conductor employed by PRTC on the 20th of May 2023, at approximately 11:30 am. I boarded a PRTC bus from Kurali and initially purchased a ticket from Kurali to kharar using my Aadhaar card. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to travel to Chandigarh instead. When I requested the conductor to issue me a ticket to Chandigarh, he responded by verbally abusing me and displaying extremely rude behavior. Furthermore, he refused to accept my Aadhaar card as a valid identification document and insisted that I pay in cash for the ticket.

I would like to emphasize that the conductor's actions were completely unwarranted and disrespectful. As a paying passenger, I have the right to request a ticket to my desired destination and to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. It is highly unacceptable for a representative of your organization to behave in such a demeaning and offensive manner towards a passenger.

I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate disciplinary action against the bus conductor involved. It is crucial that your staff members are trained to handle customer requests and complaints in a respectful and helpful manner.

I trust that you will address this issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that incidents of this nature do not recur in the future. I also request that you inform me of the actions taken in response to this complaint.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.

Many PRTC bus drivers are not stopping bus at Bhadson chungi stand. Passengers are feeling harrassment as they are not reached on time

I am Shivani Yadav working in bank of india . I have to travel from Bathinda to rampura daily for my job..as I am 8th month pregnant. Today I was Traveling in the bus which depart from Bathinda fouzi chowk at 9.04 am .there was no vacant seat available in the bus so I adjusted with three ladies and sit with them..the conductor came and ask me to stand up very rudely by saying this is seat of three..as the name of conductor is not known to me.my traveling date is 19.05.2023.AT 9.04..PLease resolve my complaint.

I was going from Himachal Pradesh to Amritsar and I was standing at the bus stop but the driver didn't stop the bus and I couldn't able to reach my destination on time.

The driver was sleeping half the way but was still driving really fast and avoided a huge accident 2 times and still wasn't driving carefully.

I am working in jalandhar and I will do up and down on daily basis every time this conductor miss behaving and said we not drop the passengers to ludhiana this will depart at 7:32pm on jalndhr bus stand the bus number is PB08EW8971 the guy who is conductor wearing turban and everytime he wear the googles even in the night also he is very rude and using abusive language with every ladies it drop the passenger to delhi even the ludhiana is on d way please take some action on him otherwise give etiquette to him that how he will behave in good manner with other wise take a action on him

I am student of Swift group of colleges, ghaggar sarai and I travel from govindgarh to rajpura on daily basis but today on the way back from rajpura to govindgarh, as I have board the bus no.PB 10 HS 6168 at around 3:55 PM today(30 March, 20223) and when the conducter came to making my ticket and i have shown my student pass to him and i have also boarded the same bus today in the morning at around 8;10 AM then he just seen my pass and gave my ticket to rajpura from sirhind but now when I am coming back and then he said that today national holiday as today is Ram Navmi so Everyone have to give the charges for the ticket whether it is a student or anybody else but i have rejected to give the charges and then he said that ok I'll take your student pass and will give it to you tomorrow but then I have also said that pls give my Student pass back and let me get off the bus right now and then he just stoped the bus in the middle of my destination on a highway flyover and i get off the bus so is it a good behaviour just think oft it yourself pls take strict action against him as soon as possible, thankyou.

29/03/23- I'm a student me and my friend took the prtc bus (PY01BY5180) from Madhiyakailash to kadapakkam, vengapakkam. Both conductor and driver were so rude to passengers. He is stopping the bus in signal which is not a bus stop to take in the passengers who is going to pondicherry but he said can't stop the bus at vengapakkam because it's not a important stop. It was night time we both were girls how can he say things like, this is not your own vehicle. So kindly take measure against the driver & conductor's misbehaviour.

I was about to board the bus no. PB 03 BH6876 from chandigarh to patiala. The bus was enroute patiala but upon entering the bus, the bus driver started misbehaving and did not let me in despite of the fact that the seats were empty. Moreover upon asking what will be the drop point of the bus, he started yelling by saying "Don't ask such questions". This kind of indecent behaviour of the bus conductors is not the very first instance that the women passengers are facing. I urge the punjab roadways to look into this matter and take stringent action against the above-mentioned conductor

I told him that it's sirhind asa soon as I told him he stoped me and said that go and wait at a side and don't enter the bus untill I give you the permission. I asked him the reason and he got angry on me and yelling at me. However I entered the bus but then after me he entered too and said me to leave the bus I asked him the reason and he said that first passengers for Amritsar will enter and if there will be any space left then I can enter I told him that this is wrong because although my route is shorter than the Amritsar but I also have to get back at my house and then he started to abuse me on my father however I still refused to leave and he left abusing me continuously. Today morning PRTC Bus PY01BV5187 from koyambedu to pondicherry, hit in my vehicle and run without stopping near Pallavakkam. Fortunately escaped from the major accident, but left side mirror totally damaged. The driver doesn't have humanitarian attitude and behaved very roughly. Driver should be punished other wise he will kill many people.

I was travelling from Patiala to Barnala on PRTC Bus on 2 january 2023, I was travelling from last more than 20 hours, I was very tired and slept immediately after I boarded the bus, the conductor didn't woke me up for taking the ticket after completing half of the journey some inspector came and asked me to show me the ticket. I told that still haven't ticket because I was sleeping he started yelling, abusing and threatened to beat me and asked me to submit a fine of RS1300. I told him I slept and the conductor didn't asked to take ticket so I was sleeping this whole time, but he kept on yelling and misbehaving and threatning then I asked him to give me the reciept of fine and I will pay the fine then he said you have to pay Rs 530 only. I gave the amount for penalty. I want strict action again this misbehaviour and unneccessariy penalitu. I want compensation and action as well, I attaching the bus number and penalty reciept with this complaint.

I travel from dhaipai to mansa kainchiya by prtc bus the fair price id 25rs. Bus reach dhaipai at 6:20. Sr no. Of ticket is 314376
But conductor give ticket of 30 rs from vir kalan to mansa kainchiya and ask me i[censored] want to return 5rs then u have to complaint. What type of this behaviour is this and by this way they earn more they know that for 5 rs no one can go to complaint office. I attach the ticket pic please check time of my ticket and after a sec tickets of next customer please check the tyming and refund me the extra amount charge by me its not for only 5Rs.
