PRTC — Bus conductor and driver misbehaviour

I wanted to highlight that his behaviour is very rude with all passenger and they refused to enter any other stopage passenger first they said only Patiala allowed there was to much passenger in bus stand who was waiting in the front of first door but he was not allowed to enter from that. Sunam to Patiala bus number is PB31 P1327
