PRTC — Busses are not stop at the exact bus stop

I would like to file a complaint regarding the negligence of bus drivers who do not stop at the proper bus stoppage. Most of the time, the buses stop almost 1 km before the actual stop and drop passengers there. After that, they do not pick up passengers waiting at the designated stoppage.
At the bus stop, many students, corporate employees, and elderly people wait daily to go to schools, offices, and hospitals on time. Due to the irresponsible behavior of the bus drivers, we are getting late every day and facing a lot of inconvenience.
Especially buses number 1063 and 3728 rarely stop at Malerkotla Bypass, Dhuri bus stop.
Kindly look into this matter seriously and take necessary action so that buses stop properly at the designated stoppage and passengers do not suffer daily.
