I commute from patiala to doraha everyday to work in patiala to jammu/katra bus that leaves patiala bus stand at 7:46 a. M.

The bus which comes on monday, wednesday and friday has big speakers fitted inside it and loud, jarring music is played on it every time causing a lot of inconvenience to the passengers.

Neither the conductor nor the driver has paid heed on being requested to turn down the music. It feels more like a wedding party is going on rather than a mode of public transport. Which is really shameful.

Hence i request the authority concerned to take due action in this regard and relieve the people of the trouble.

Misbehaviour of bus conductor in busfrom chandigarh to khanna

I was travelling from landra (Sas nagar) to kotla bajwara (Fatehgarh sahib) in punjab roadways bus no pb12h 2557 was going from chandigarh to khanna. When i was picked up and i had taken my seat. Conductor came from back of the bus and returned back from my previous seat. I had picked money from my pocket (Which is 25/-) in my hand. When conductor came back and start talking abuse with me, whwn i ask him about complaint then he raised hand to lab me and insulated me in the bus. Conductors in the buses are for public service to provide the tickets and other convenient service he can do, not to talk abused or ruidly and misbehaviour.
Please take the necessary action against him. I shall be very thankful for this.

The bus conductor assigned in this bus no PB 11BU 5550 has sold many tickets offline in spite of many passengers in que with 50 Rs. Per ticket extra.
When we asked him on counter, he said all ticket sold. I was fighting him why are you selling offline then he said do whatever I can do. It is perfect case of bribe. Friday dated 16/07/2017, i was i have gone chandigarh the tribune office from zirakpur by prtc bus no pb13a-8334 barnala depot. Bus conductor has misbehaved with me and charged rs 25 instead of rs 15. I was ready to give him chain but he did't agree and told me to get out from the bus. It is very much painful for me. Here matter is not of rs 10, but he hurt me very much. I request u please punish the conductor and order him not to misbehaved with any one in the future.

Sir, lam frequent traveller from Chennai to Puducherry & Puducherry to Chennai, I used to travel by AC Volvo bypass Chennai 2pm or 3pm, I used to book my tickets online in busindia.com, most of the time when I reached the bus stand the scheduled bus which I have booked was cancelled without any earlier intimation, I was much untroubled, distress, disturbed& lot of inconvenience to me, please kindly make some alternative arrangements if any scheduled bus got cancelled in future

I was travelling chennai to pondy on 1st april 2017 in morning 6am from guindy and bus number is py-01 bv 6729. There are two issues.

1.in the sholinganallur bus stop, bus stand almost 10 mints driver looking around and after that driver moved the bus very slowly. After 5 mints, one person came to stopped the bus and collect the alcohol from driver bargaining the amount almost rs.[protected]. Is this the job doing the prtc drivers? Kindly make a attention over this.

2. Some of the prtc drivers are using mobile phones while driving. Kindly think about passengers and do the needful.

Today I traveled from Pondicherry to madhagadipet in PRTC bus I bought a ticket at the rate of Rs 12/- the conductor gave me a change as a Rs 10 coin i requested the conducted please give some other ten rupees note this coin is not accepted in the rural areas. For that the conductor behaving very rudely and said i[censored] wont accept the coin just out a case on them my work is just give the change not to check whether it is valid or not. and he also i don`t care about that that`s your problem.Please take some action the the conductor as soon as possible

I am a social worker and frequent traveller from chennai to pondicherry. Today 28-12-16. Boarded a PRTC bus from Kovalam. Ticket charge is 27 rs. And i have been charged 42 rs. From the conductor from tiruvanmayur. This is not at all fair. Cheating the public and earning for the government. Please take necessary action and make sure it wont happen to any person in future.

I had booked an A/C Volvo ticket in Puducherry Road Transport Corporation (PRTC) to travel Pondi on Saturday (12-Nov-2016) at 9.30 AM. I reached CMBT late (2 mins), the bus started without giving any notice. I accept that I had reached the bus stand lately. However, I ran behind the bus and asked to stop. The driver said no but I showed the online ticket then he stopped. The Conductor said due not reported on time he allotted my seat to some other so, now he can’t do anything. I said the bus not even crossed the CMBT so, kindly see any other seat or refund my money. He refused to do. I lost Rs.218. Then I spend my money and reached Pondi in an ordinary bus. This is highly ridiculous.
Could someone tell me is there any other option to get my money back?

Please increase buses between chennai to puducherry. Even during tuesday to thursday, could not able to get seats. Sunday night and monday early morning huge crowds wait for buses at puducherry bus stand for chennai buses. Please increase both ecr and by-pass (Tindivanam) buses, so that elders, children and womens can benefit more, thanks.

Bus frequency between Chennai - Pondicherry is less.

Week days (Monday - Friday) we could not able to get seats for 2 members (say at tiruvanmiyur/sholinganallur stops), elders waiting for a long time to get seats.

Friday evening/night, Sunday evening, Monday morning - Even by morning 2.30 am (at Pondicherry), could not get seats for 2 members, full rush. Old people cannt travel at these times.

Please add more buses for the route: Pondy - Chennai

I was regularly travel from Madagadipet to Villiyanur Kottaimedu in PRTC 9B Thirukkanur to Pondy Bus 4.35 PM at madagadipet . Yesterday (22.09.2016) also travel in the bus . My ticket No. is ME 091013 . At 5.00 Pm the bus was reached villiyanur the driver said bus not go to Kottaimedu, onlly go to bye pass. I was argued to the driver, I am not enter in to villiyanur wherever you go and complaint. Not only yesterday whenever his duty regularly he does not go to villiyanur Kottimedu. that particular driver only do this other drivers are enter in to Kottaimedu.
Kindly taken necessary step to enter the bus in Kottaimedu at all singles and avoid social issues of this problem

I was travelling in prtc volvo, going to delhi from ludhiana... This bus is known as a non stop bus. But it stops on every small bus stop.. And another issue is the speed. It moves on around 60-70km/hr.
So why we should pay double fare for this bus. Rather paying to a non ac bus.
As its service is like a local city bus

Ir maine prtc bus main 13/08/2016 ko tarveling ki thi, bus chali thi waha se approx 01:00 am par. Bus route tha new delhi se ludhiana. Or mujhe jaana tha ambala cant. But mujhe yeh dekh kr bot hairani huyi ki conductor har passenger se ludhiana ka fare le rha tha jo tha 310rs jb maine pucha to vo bot batmizi ke saath baat kr rahe the to sir meri request ye hai ki ap long journey krne wale ko preference do but pehle unko baithane ke baad dusri swari ko cheat to mt kro..

Hm or b public transport main traveling krte hai naa to haryana roadways ka response aisa dekha na hi rajasthan roadways kaa.. Mere pass conductor se baat krte huye ki recording hai pehle to aap in pr action lo nhi to main consumer court main case file kruga.

Every monday morning from pondicherry to chennai at 5.40 am prtc bus will start and they will given tocken at 5.15 am.in that bus they are charging 100 rs from pondicherry to thiruvaanmiur. actual ticket rate is 85 rs. but they are collect 100 rs to all passengers who are being seated. if we ask anything they are shouting in bad words and telling that is the rule and asking us to get down from the bus.

I have travelled from Dabwali to Bathinda on 5th March by PRTC bus. I had taken a ticket and my balance is not return by him. He wrote on ticket and not return the balance after reaching the bus bathinda. He had gone anywhere then I found him and take return. These people were disturbed me after that he was angry on me related to balance retuning.

On 11. 02.2016 we travelled from Tirupati to Pondicherry by PRTC bus started by 10 PM in Thirupathi. After departure Tiruttani the conductor allowed 15/_rs tickets and several requests the driver and conductor did not switch. Off the lights in the bus. The driver started music system with huge sound. If I asked to less the sound his reply is ask conductor, he will instruct to what to do. This is very bad sir. Pl suggest your people not to do like this.

The conductor and driver in the a.c bus which i was to board by 3.00 p.m on 20.5.15 behaving in a wrong way.. Even though i was on time 2.45 the conductor is scolding me like anything when i was asking why u r talking like this give respect to passenger. He is what u r collector or c.m for pondicherry, and using vulger words. My uncle was with me who was elderly person, he even scolded him and not giving respect to him. Sir I travel from Ajitwal to Ludhiana for my work. I often travel by your AC bus in morning (Ajitwal to Ludhiana) return in evening.. The bus no. PB100 Z8305 returning to Faridkot on 22/01/2015. At 14:57: I cought the bus from (Aarti Chuonk) Ludhiana. I wanted ticket for Ajitwal. but the conducter refused to drop me at ajitwal. I was forced to have ticket of Jagraon. I am having problem of walking. I want to know if Ajitwal is not in the list of stoppage of the bus. The conductors often refuse to stop due to pressure of Private buses. Dear sir/madam, The person who is sitting in the reservation counter in Puducherry bus stand is too harsh to people and has a habit of not issuing the remaining change to the public who book tickets. The ticket rate is also been increased too high. The total chennai bus fare is ₹97, but the reservation amount for one single ticket is ₹118. I reserved two tickets for ₹236. The person had no sign of giving the remaining...

Dear sir this side sumit gumber i traveled 5-7 times in a month from delhi to ludhiana today i traveled from prtc goldline bus number pb11am7929 which is going from delhi to jalandhar . I ask him to cut the ticket delhi to ludhiana & given 1000 but he cut 700 which fare is suited to delhi to jalandhar. He said i[censored] want to go then i cut only delhi to jal . Fyi...PRTC Volvo bus no. PB11AF 8001 tickets given at counter without que in which ladies taken advantage of tickets inspite of coming late n other some pasengers were waiting in que. Secondly bus lugage cabin was without boy and passengers themselves were keeping luggage and taking care till bus started

dear ir its complaint about timing of buses on the root of maur-patiala.there is no bus till 6.15am in the morning for patiala. the students and passengers waits there on the bus-stand for 40 minutes as there is one time on 5.30 and 5.50 but they always took the bus bypass from kainchian and the passengers get harrashed in the maur stnding there and abusing prtc.even today the HVAC from bathinda to chandigarh via mansa did not come into the maur.this is their routine work in the morning.there was a bus of budhlada dippo from maur to zirakpur at 5.00am but that time also took off .this bus suits very much to passenger those who wants to go to chandigarh but as we cant do anything.this all due to the behaviour of conductor and driver's behaviour.....PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS ROOT AND TAKE AN IMMEDIATE ACTION .

this is complaint against punjab roadways bus No is Pb 11 AT 9088 conductor name Mr. Sukhjinder singh , i travel from Phagwara to Ludhiana Evening 7.40pm. that person charge Rs.31 as per rule he does not give me ticket, he says i will give you later but we reach phelor but that person not give me ticket. when i want my ticket he says its ok , there is my responsibility don't worry. he drunk and abused me. for long discussion he give ticket from phelor to ludhiana Rs,16 only. he says no body harm me you will try every where . so please take some action , that person challenge me and you Punjab Govt also. i will send you snap of ticket and also give in consumer court also. i will doing CCTV work in Govt Dept. i compalint Mr. Gurpreet singh S.H.O in Punjab Police. So please This is my Humble request to take action Positively.
