I want to file a complaint against a PRTC bus on route of patiala to sunam on date 24 April 2026 at time 2:20 pm to 4pm
The driver was driving very rashly and the bus jumped badly, due to which my sister was injured inside the bus.
There was no first aid box available in the bus and no medical assistance was provided by the staff.
This is a serious passenger safety issue. Kindly take immediate action against the driver and concerned staff. Was this information helpful? |
