I booked a ticket for pondicherry to Karaikal on 11th Jan 2021 for morning 5:20 am bus, they issued more than 30 tickets for this timing and on the day of journey they said they cancelled bus for the reason which they can't able to specify the reason if you decided to cancel the bus then why provided ticket for that timing?.
