Prtc (Pondicherry Road Transport Corporation — no seat given to us even when amount is paid

I think that india and pondichary are two different part of country.
We paid full money but we were not given seat.
It's corruption and i feel sad going in such journey.
We will never go to pondicharry
Please help us and do justice with us.
We all feel cheated and when talked to other customers then we got to know that this happens regularly.
This is start of journey then we can think what will happen latter
