I booked prtc to calicut on last thursday through online booking. And l received message of my reserved seat also.
But when l reached the bus stand, l came to know that there is no bus service on that day. I was in great mess and l had no other option than cancelling my journey.
The authorities had told that the paid willl be refunded soon. But it is not refunded yet. Request to hear my petition and to do the needful as soon as possible. Thank you. Was this information helpful? |
