i'm complaining about the conductor and his behaviour
The ac bus was already crowded and the conductor allowed more passengers inside the bus and made the passengers to stand from kalppakam to chennai. And collected the full fair. And the one door is fully closed. The bus seating is actually 39+2. But the bus was over crowded. There where more than 60 people in the bus. Bus registration number py01cd2064

miss behaving with us

We are staying in auro resort we hired one auto to serenity beach its around 2.2 km from our resort so he told us its 5 km so i will charger 150 rupes else if its 2 km i will not charger but when we reach its just 2.2 km from our place so i told him i am not going to pay 150 i will pay you 100 but he is from local so he warned us if you are not paying 150 i will never let you go from pondicherry its was a warning
50 rupes is not a big amount but fraud is fraud whether its 1 rupes or 50 rupes please take so action against him because its compalsary for me and government of pondicherry.

bus not going to cmbt (conductor & driver were rude)

On 23rd around 2.30 pm i got in to prtc (Guess bus no is 5816 or 5186). Conductor told that bus will not go to cmbt and the last stop will be guindy. When i asked why, he replied saying that its all for maintenance and if i want i can complain about to anybody i want. Problem is we need to spend another 200rs to take auto and reach cmbt. Its happening with most of prtc buses. When i informed this to the time keeper says that they cant do anything and asked to contact higher officials.

complaint against an auto rickshaw driver
I am a tourist, from trivandrum to pondicherry. L took an auto rickshaw for travelling from pondicherry bus stand to mahaveernagar 2nd street there. But the service was inconvenient. The driver drop me many km before from my destination by taking full amount of the travel even without using the higher charge meter. His auto number is py 01 i 3954. Please take action against this type of auto drivers.

not issuing tickets for destination of thiruvanmiyur
Hi team,
Today (07-mar-2018) i happened to take the prtc (Pondicherrry transport corporation bus service) from guindy to thiruvanmiyur and i had given the conductor 20 inr for the bus ticket but the conductor didnot issue a ticket.
We are around 25 people travelling in the bus who were getting down at thiruvanmiyur and so a total of 25 * 20 = 500 inr was travelling in bus without being issued a ticket.
When asked the conductor he said he will give but didnot give till the last moment.
We think this way the conductor and driver uses the money for their personal purposes rather than going to the concerned department.
The bus number is py01 - ck 2489 and was boarding the bus in guindy by around 9.10 am.
Request the concerned department to take the appropriate action on the same.
Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the email.

I booked prtc to calicut on last thursday through online booking. And l received message of my reserved seat also.
But when l reached the bus stand, l came to know that there is no bus service on that day. I was in great mess and l had no other option than cancelling my journey.
The authorities had told that the paid willl be refunded soon. But it is not refunded yet. Request to hear my petition and to do the needful as soon...

Hi i am. Travelling from pondicherry to chennai 5.15 ecr bus, i have to go cmnt bus stand, i took the ticket too. The conductor told the bus will goes up to guindy only. I asked him y it's not going to cmnt he replied no time i[censored] want to complaint go and ask the manager of prtc., even 7 passengers in the bus wants to cmnt bustand but the conductor and drive said we will operate only to guindy. Kindly take action against this peoples...

buses stops at driver and conductor favour

Today (19th january 2018) i am travelling chennai to kadapakkam by prtc py 01 bv 5180 morning 7.30 bus started from guindy. Driver slowly moved the bus till sholinganallur and they stopped the bus at every stages more than 15 mins. Passengers questioned the driver and conductor, why the bus is standing? Please move asap. For that conductor replied till sholinganallur bus will stop like this only. If you want to complaint can do it. And driver used mobile phone while driving.

prtc bus service
Bus no : py 01 bv 5851on the 10th november 2017. Plying from koyembedu (Chennai)- pondicherry.
Conductor and driver refused letting passengers on board, even though the bus was empty. This is from a designated stop to another designated stop.
This happens very frequently, causing inconvenience to people. I request your department to take stringent action against people abusing there government position's, taking advantage of the common man.

I was standing with my family & two children and requested the driver and conductor, for pondicherry seat the bus was empty he did not allow us to enter said this bus will only go to karikal and not to pondicherry, and started to say will you get me seat at pondicherry for karikal and started to shout while I was requesting and said complaint any where you want take how much ever photos you want this was the behaviour of your staff at koyembed bus terminal it was pathetic.

Very rude conductor

I was travelling from Pondicherry to Chennai on 15/11/2016 .The bus started from Pondy at evening 6 pm and the bus registration number is TN-21 N-1692.
The conductor of the bus used foul language on an elderly lady and even threatened to assault a young man who stood up for the lady. I couldnt find his name since he was just wearing a blue uniform without name card.I request the concerned official to take severe action against such irresponsible, arrogant person.

Today 7.03.2016 Pondicherry to nagercoil bus conductor used abused bad words against me and I asked some information about departure time.. But he replied me as dog he shouting on me and he scold me in bad words used some abusing words.. Worst department... Puducherry Road Transport corporation is one of the worst. Can't even arrange a alternative bus arrangement if bus is delayed. It is not just 5 - 10 mins but full 1.5hours.

Bus services from our village Madukarai to Puducherry and P.S. Nallur to Puducherry morning 8.45 a.m bus arrived puducherry bus stand 10.00 a.m, this time not convient to all the passangers (ie.) Govt. staffs, koli workers, company workers came in the bus. So please change the bus time 7.30 a.m in madukarai to puducherry and P.S. Nallur to Puducherry. This time convient to all the passengers reached pondy bus stand 9.00 a.m.

In puducherry ( pinnachikuppam) prtc bus is not that much available. Only one bus is came.

Bus tickets not confirmed by mobile apps in pondicherry rtcs

I tried to book a roundtrip ticket from Banglore to Pondicherry through BUSINDIA MOBILE APP. Everything is fine and done but even the pnr number doesn't came..I don't know where my money went...please don't share it tickets to unknown mobile apps..they are not responding also...

Abusing language used by PRTC Driver and Conductor

Unfortunately, I happened to travel in PRTC bus from Karaikal to Coimbatore on 13th April, 2015. The bus moved out of Karaikal bus stand. Few passengers boarded on the bus after some distance. The Conductor of the bus demanded them to purchase a ticket for their small kid. They replied that their child is below the age of three. The Conductor is not ready to believe it. An arguement taken place there. I was observing and replied to the conductor that while booking tickets in the booking counter, the counter staff are not ready to issue Half ticket. When we demand ticket for a child below the age of 12, the clerk issue the ticket with the age of 13 in order to collect full fare. It is very peculiar to see that a Government bus transport company violates the rights of a child. A Child has the right to get seat, when the ticket is purchased with full or half. They can not say that only half ticket is purchased. When I spoke with the conductor about this matter, he started using abusing language without any manners. The conductor (Senior with blue shirt) with angry informed me that I have to complaint this matter only to the booking clerk. He is also scolding the PRTC authorities and the counter staff that to without any respect. PRTC management should take steps to punish the drivers and conductors who use abusing language with the passengers. Few drivers and conductors are spoiling the image of the Corporation
