I have been receiving false electricity bills of my 3bhk flat of Rs 3 Lacs and above. Earlier i used to receive correct bills, but due to negligence of electricity office of zirakpur, mohali I am being harassed and receiving these illogical bills. I have visited so many times to solve my problem, but everytime they give me assurance that this will not happen in future. I am a government employee and I have to take leaves to visit the concerned office and it costs me a lot.
I have been paying the bill based upon the difference in the units. But this time, water has gone above the head. For the last two months they were showing me the negative bills and now they are telling to deposit a hefty amount which is not according to the actual units consumed. So you are requested to look into the matter and take the appropriate action against the official concerned.
