[Resolved]  Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Paid the bill online but not received the receipt

I have paid my electricity bill online of Rs 7960/- on 23.07.22. Bill is generated in July'22. But i have not received the receipt yet and it is not updated in portal as well. My account no [protected]. Kindly find the attached screenshot for payment done online.

respected sir,
it is informed you that our house no 10 modern enclave near satya jewellers and swami enclave, 4 -5 houses have no light since from 8 pm 16/07/2023, to till now the fuse/ phase in our area is faulty the problem is not resolved. so please fix the problem as soon as posible
