[Resolved]  PSPCL — Online payment refund

Dear sir, I have deposited my electricity bill amount of Rs.1450 online yesterday i.e. 2nd Dec 2014. My money has been debited from my bank account, however, I have not received any receipt and received an error. I am attaching the screen shot from my bank net banking mentioning the reference number for the transaction. Kindly look into this. I hve deposited my electricity bill today but it was debited two times and now I need refund of rs 3203 as soon as possible please.

Dear Sir i Paid My Bill Yesterday and Today i received receipt. i Recieve Receipt or advance payment. My Current bill is not paid and PSPCL take my payment as a advance. Why this happen, please take a necessary action and make it correct.
