I have paid my bill online throgh PNB Credit Card for Rs 1730 + Bank Charges total 1744.45 today ie. 24 Nov 2014 from your site ie. billdesk.com against my Account Number [protected] Mr ANIL KUMAR. But receipt has not been generated. It is requested that the amount has been debited against my card from Bank hence it is confirmed that the bill has been paid. You are requested to send me the receipt of my bill at my e Mail address [protected]@gmail.com at the earliest please.

Please help me reminder -2 they have no any action in our my complaint

Complained the same at local office but no one is ready to resolve the matter. Attached the bills with payment receipts for your reference. Request you to please adjust the same in my next bill.

          MY ELECTRICITY COMPLAINT NO.772351 WHICH I HAD REGISTERED ON 29.10.2014 MORNING AROUND 9:30AM HAS NOT BEEN ATTENDED YET. ITS BEEN ALMOST 24 HRS.DESPITE OF REGULAR FOLLOWUP WITH PSPCL NO ONE HAS EVEN BOTHER TO COME AND CHECK.I COULD NOT RUN MY FACTORY THE WHOLE DAY DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF ELECTRICITY.WHENEVER I GIVE THEM REMINDER THEY ALWAYS SAID "YOUR COMPLAINT WILL BE ATTENDED IN 1-2 HRS" BUT THEIR I-2 HOURS HAVE NOT YET COME AFTER 24HRS ALSO.NITIN AGGARWAL[protected]

            Sir, My account no is W32GT322976F.From last six months I am getting the inflated bills.Every month I have to go to the PSPCL office to get the bill rectified with this assurance that further it will not be the problem and you will get correct bills.But the same happens again and again which causes us great mental tension besides loss of time.Kindly look into the matter or let us know with which authority we approach/complain to get the bills in order. with regards Deepak Gupta city Tower.527R, 2nd Floor Model Town, Ludhiana-141002

              It is humbly requested that the above said meter bearing a/c no a23jh520504l was challenged on 13th oct 2011 but not yet lab tested.Iam consumer of pseb since 1999 and there was no problem till apr 2011 but no sooner new meter was installed the reading shoot up to beyond my imaginations.I have reminded authorities many times but no action has been initiated.The interest on outstanding amount at the time of challenge has gone to very high amount and it will keep on increasing if it is not tested in near future, i shall not be held responsible for paying the interest amount .I hope with your proper and legal action this matter will be solved at the earliest otherwise i shall be proceeding to court to get justice.
              Therefore, your prompt action will certainly bring justice to me.

                  Inflated Electricity bill, wrong metre reading Sir, I am consumer of PSPCL wide a/c no.E31GT310218K.Sir many a times our bill comes wrong due to wrong reading.Just today we received the bill for the period from 18/09/2014 to 16/10/2014 The reading is shown as 24861 to 39216.and the bill is raised for 14355 units.Our actual reading as on 17/10/2014 as checked by us is 25013 and the actual consumption comes to 152 units on 17/10/2014 instead of 14355 on 17/10/2014.and the bill is inflated due to wrong metre reading. This type of actions causes great mental harassment to us.So your good self is requested to send us the rectified bill and instruct your staff to have due care as this type of mistake does not occur again. with regards, Sandeep jain H.No.1169, MIG Flats, Sector 32, Ludhiana

                    Hello, I'm from Samrala Chowk area Ludhiana and power is off from yesterday 7:30pm and now it's 8am of next day and till now no electricity, even when I called line man and sr persons they said they are trying to check problem and till now they don't know what is the problem even.                       Dear sir i always pay my electricity bills online you can check my record.But this i am totally dissapointed from pscl they do not update my bills online.I contact million times to ra [protected] aee [protected] xen [protected] and se [protected] but all are not solved my issues from three days.I also send many masseges to them.But still my issue has been not solved.Today was the last day of bill and i am unable to pay my bill online and tommorow i shall charged rs.700.All credit goes to your hard working staff.

                            i have given cheque of amount 17580 R's. at the name of electricity board. after that i receive a receipt of it. after 1 bill they again add that amount in my bill. when i asked them they said ur cheque has bounced . so i said show me my cheque i will give u cash. they waste my full day by going here and there 3 days now thay said we dont know where is ur cheque. j.e. of kakowal branch is very rude nd there customers have to find there papers their self. if we have to do work then what are they doing there??? nd at last j.e. said let it be i[censored]r cheque has losted u deposit cash now. what is this??? is this their responsibility ???? i want my cheque back after that i will pay bill.

                                  Dear Sir, My consumer Number is : 237UF 231921L. My account number is :[protected] Cat: D.S Sub Cat= Gen Phase Code = 3 Name: Jagjit Singh. My residential address is : 2119, Phase X (Sector 64), Mohali. As per the sanction and the record, I should be provided a Three Phase Connection at my aforesaid address. I however observe that there are only Two Phases coming to my residence and one of the phase is connected to two outgoing wire instead of the third phase. Shall be grateful if kindly arrange to rectify the problem. I also want to inform you that Complaint Centre Phone number =[protected] is very customer unfriendly and any attempt to file a complaint on this number is a futile exercise. The recorded voice is barely audible particularly for old people. Besides the customer care department does not respond after the call is transferred to the section.                                     I have applied for a new electricity connection for my flat in Shivjot enclave, Baba appartments in kharar, i have completed my whole file and all of the documents are in place & complete but before the submission of the file it should be reported by the J.E of that region who is Mr. Surinder pal singh (S.P singh) but he is not passing that file and seeking for a bribe and i strictly denied that now the situation is this worse that he straightly said i wont pass the file do what you want to do . i request you to transfer this complaint to the higher officers of the PSPCL electricity board office and strict action against should be taken against the J.E Surinder pal singh and to solve my problem . Thanks
                                    he used to take high money against every file, then he used to sign the files many of people are getting this problem so my humble request is that plzz transfer like this employ to far away from this regions...

                                      Dear sir, There were 4 meters jointly placed in electric pole caught fire on 25 may, 2014 after 2-3 days owner of other two house no. have applied and paid the deposit of 520rs for new meter and same has been installed after 2-3 days . whereas owner of h.no 189 and 203 are purposely not depositing meter fee and misusing electricity knowing that bills would come on an average.please take necessary action. regards,
