PSPCL — Power Load Issue

I am Varinder Singh facing huge issues of power load in my office located at city centre, opposite bus stand, hoshiarpur ( 146001 ). The main issue that i am facing is voltage fluctuates up and high that leads to non-working of electronic devices and thus resulting loss in my day to day business. Previously i have registered my complaint on this issue with complaint no : 1463031 on 19th May 2015 and a employee from PSPCL came to my place but no such action on the issue was taken and my complaint was marked as resolved but still i am facing the power issues . I would like the higher authority to see this issue and resolve this and i will be very thankful to you for this.
