PSPCL — PSEB Mandi Gobindgarh staff not installing meter &transformer for last one year

I shifted my LS connection to MS connection about a year back, but the power supply is still running with old meter & my transformer of 315 kva .PSEB staff has not installed meter & transformer required for MS load of 22.68KW inspite of repeated reminders.My A/C details are as under.
