PSPCL — Regarding non functioning of digital display of Electricity meter

[protected], Sub division code: 4321, received a electricity bill of Rs. 8190/- (average amount) for the period from 3/4/2015 to 31/5/2015. The bill amount was an average amount as display of digital meter was not functional. You are requested to kindly repair the meter or replace the same and make correction in bill as per the consumption o[censored]nits of electricity. with regards Surinder Singh
