I have buy Ptron 16800mah power bank from Latestone.com but after charging the power 12(as per said)
It can not charge my phone twise also.
It shutdown and showing empty power.
I have complained to latestone.com but they are not responding me...

Pls change this on urgent ...

      This is what i wrote to them ...but still no refund received Dear Ptron customer Care Please Note I had purchased a Ptron power bank 16800 MAh but as it was not working properly : Complaint was registered and the power bank was picked up on 26 August 2015, I have POD proof as well that it has been delivered I received a call from your call center to confirm that the payment will be refunded to my account for which details were provided to them ... This is to inform that the refund is still not received.. My Order Id : SO 565424 When will I receive the payment

            I have purchased ptron 16800 mahpower bank for rs.999/- but the item was not good. The item was return through reg.Post no. En[protected]in on[protected] with my cost. But as on date there is no proper response from you. I send my family person to your shop but there is no reply.. From your side. Pls refund my money or item. There is no reply from your side i will go through consumer court.

              When i open the parcel, the power bank cover was open n the product also seems had scratches all over it as if it is used product. And when i tired switching it on it didnt start. This is my first purchase with latestone. Request u to replace or refund as soon as possible.
