[Resolved]  Pubg Mobile — didn't get the offer but debited money from my bank account

I wanted to purchase the prime plus offer of rupees 390. So i go for subscribe and it's shows purchase failed with pop up of an error massage. Then i again tried to purchase and 2nd time it was shows the same massage. And i didn't get any offer. But it debited my money twice from my bank account. I have already knocked pubg mobile customer service. But unfortunately i didn't any reply from them. Please do help me.

Today on 10/04/2019 i am pay 1949 rupees for 1500+300 (extra uc) but the don't send me the uc and also withdraw 1949 ruppes
