Pubg Mobile India — Account banned without any reason for 10 years

I have been playing pubg mobile (now named as bgmi) since 4 years not even a single time i used hacks or anything unethical thing which broke the rules and regulations which was provided by BGMI
On 20th of July i was playing bgmi as usual and all of the sudden my account got banned they didn't provide me any reason or anything that why my account got banned and when i tried to contact their support team they continuously telling me that they wont provide any assistance untill the banned period is over
I invested some amount of money in game which is also get wasted because of this ban this is very unfair to me .
