Pubg Mobile India — Money deducted 2 times but no uc added on account

I purchased 1900 rupees uc pack from bgmi and dud not get uc after that i tried again but same thing happened. 2 times i got my money deducted from bank account 1900+1900 but did not get uc. Please refund my money 3800 rupees.
