Pubg Mobile India — Screen freeze and money had been deducted from my account but there's no uc in my account

I had already downloaded the BGMI thrice time from Google Play Store. Everytime I download, I was only able to play one time and after closing the window I was not able able to open it. It freeze the screen every single time. Very grateful If there's any solution to it. Is BGMI a money sucking machine, where it only knows how to suck the blood of helpless person.
