Pubg Mobile — money deducted but item is not showing

I have purchased uc in pubg mobile today on 13-09-19 through net banking of state bank of india at around 8:40-9:10am. ₹799 uc was purchased and the payment was successful but no uc was added in my account. So i want a refund or uc to be added as soon as possible.
The below message show the transaction if and the amount deducted through net banking.
Please help to resolve my problem soon. Thank you.

Royal pas upgraded but not yet got uc as on the begining of royal pass 9 i upgraded my royal pass it dedicted the payment from my bank account but not yet credited the UCs in my account which means that i am fooled

I paid 724 rs from UPI but didn't received my UC in my accountt, i made transaction on 12th September but didn't received any thing, so kindly refund my money.
