[Resolved]  Pubg Mobile — uc not received after payment

I purchased 600 uc worth rs. 799 on 2nd august 2019 through sbi internet banking. But it showed failed to purchase. My account got debited with the amount of rs. 799 to times of money limited.
I didn't receive my uc and i didnreceive the refund.
My transaction reference id is #igagsjvvx2.
Please i want either the uc or the refund.
Till now i have received nothing.
