[Resolved]  Pubg Mobile — uc purchase failed but still money got deducted from my account

I purchased uc worth 420 rupees in pubg mobile but didn't receive any uc, also money got deducted from my account.
This is the transaction id:

UPI/P2M/[protected]/Google Pa/Axis Bank

Please provide refund or provide uc.

This happened with me for second time.
Last time to I filed a complaint but nothing happened. Why did you even create forum if you don't want to resolve the complaints.
