Pubg — pubg elite pass payment issue

I have paid 799 for pubg elite pass.. Amount is deducted from my bank account but i didn't get elite pass.. The amount is not reflcting in pubg but it is debited from my bank account. And i have mailed to the concern people they just asked the screenshot of it and i have shared details after that no response from their side. They have to credit me uc for the payment of 799. But i didn't received anything amount debited from my bank account.. I paid through online banking
