Pubg — purchased uc but did not receive any uc in game.

I have purchased UC worth 7900/- 2 times which is 6000 +2100 UC. And both the times I got an error message but the amount was deducted from my account. I tried to contact the customer service in game but no replies. What do I do? Can you help me out? Is it possible to recover it or will it be gone ? I am so lost and don't know what to do. If anyone can help out please let me know.
