Pubg — regarding purchase.

I had made a transaction of Rs 799 to purchase 600 uc in pubg mobile on 13th September 2019 payment got deducted but uc not credited in my account.I didn't got any mail maeesage anything i tried all methods but i didn't got my uc in my account. I had checked my passbook my payment was confirmed i am also attaching the screenshot it is done from legal method of playstore. Please solve this i am giving all details regarding my pubg account. Thank you
