I purchase pubg uc for rs 799 on 20 feb 2019 My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed. I didn't receive my uc nor did i get any refund. Please refund my money. The transaction reference is igafrpzkg5 I contacted in game customer support but haven't got a reply. I also mailed pubg support and didn't get a reply. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.
