Public Sector Insurance Co. — Ticket refund not received from travolook

I have booked my ticket from ahmedabad to raipur through travolook for 6 november after payment they cansel my ticket without showing any reason and call and mail me for canselation, i had talked several times to travolook but till time i have not received my refund from travolook
