[Resolved]  Public Sector Insurance Co. — Unwanted bill amount for invoice#[protected] of my aircel postpaid connection

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is to inform you that, I am the valued customer who is using three numbers of aircel postpaid connection. The numbers are [protected], [protected] and [protected].
Unfortunately, I have to intimate you that i have received a unwanted bill amount for the postpaid number [protected] having invoice number[protected] for the period of 09.10.2015 to 08.11.2015. The customer care people is saying that i have used the aircelWAP. But i have never used the internet with this number.
Kindly advice the concern person to look in to this matter so that i can enjoy your aircel service uninterruptedly.

We would like to inform you that we have revalidated your bills and did not found any kind of discrepancy. We would like to inform you that data usage is made on your number on 17/10/15, 24/10/15 & 02/11/15 and you have been charged Rs.528.90 for browsing.
