[Resolved] Kerala State Road Transport — Ticket Booked Online But not allowed to travel in the bus | |||
To, The Chairman & Managing Director M/s.Kerala Transport Corporation Trivandrum Kerala Dear sir, Kind attn:Shri.K.G.Mohanlal.IFS I have booked two Tickets in KSRTC Bus on 19th of November 2011 Time:5:05am,unforunutely not able to take a printout of it due to nonavailability of printer.but i have shown them the ticket in my mobile.they refused to accepted it & told me to bring the printout of it,that time i am not able provide it.because there was no Ciber Cafe or near by Computer Center was opened at 6:30am.then i want & request the reservation counter to give me a printout of the ticket,even i showed them the payment debited SMS from my HDFC Bank.then also they are not accepting & the reservation counter person talking to me very rashly.the conductor of BUS also not cooperating with us Properly.Then i traveled in the bus taking a Two Tickets from the Conductor.since one of our family member not felling well & that is the reason i have booked the ticket online early in the morning @ 5:00am. Trans action details: Passenger Name: P.V.Joseph 62 Alleyamma Joseph 45 Seat Nos.17,18 Bangalore to Sulthan Bathery Date of Journey[protected] Ticket Number.[protected] Transaction No.[protected] Ticket Amount Rs.666/- Now i request you to refund the amount & do the needful at the earliest.If you are not able to do it,then i have apporach to the transport minister of kerala & consumer frum for getting grevances for KSRTC. This mail copy also sent our Respected CM of the both the states. Note:If you are having any doubt about this,then you are to find from the conductor of the bus.
